1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 1X2Tipster.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered members and VIP members.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

3. Description of Service

1X2Tipster.com is a football prediction platform that provides:

Live football match predictions across multiple markets
Prediction statistics and performance tracking
Live scores and match statistics
Optional paid VIP access that unlocks every LIVE and UPCOMING prediction
Affiliate program for referral rewards

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your details up to date. Each person may only maintain one account. Sharing accounts or using automated tools to access the platform is prohibited.

5. User Conduct

Users must not:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
Attempt to manipulate the prediction system or statistics
Share account credentials with third parties
Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform
Interfere with the platform's operation or security
Harvest or collect user data without consent

6. VIP Access

VIP access unlocks every LIVE and UPCOMING prediction for 30 days for a one-time payment of €50. Payments are made on Ko-fi, which processes the payment on our behalf. After payment you receive a single-use activation code by email at the address used on Ko-fi; redeem it on your profile to start your 30 days. Buying again adds another 30 days on top of any time remaining.

VIP access is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. You are never charged again unless you choose to donate again.
Each activation code can be used once, by one account. Codes must not be shared, resold or published.
Payments are non-refundable once the activation code has been redeemed.
If you do not receive your code within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us.
VIP predictions are the same kind of content as free predictions: opinions for entertainment and educational purposes, not betting or financial advice.

7. Affiliate Program

The affiliate program allows users to earn rewards by referring new members. Referrals must be genuine; artificial or fraudulent referral activity will result in forfeiture of rewards and potential account suspension. Reward eligibility and terms are subject to change with notice.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive periodic emails about predictions, platform updates, and related content. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or through your profile settings. We will never share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on 1X2Tipster.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. User-generated content (such as your predictions) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform.

10. Prediction Content

Our platform provides predictions for entertainment and educational purposes only. We do not promote, encourage, or facilitate gambling. Predictions are user-generated opinions and do not constitute financial or betting advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Users are solely responsible for how they use prediction information.

11. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may request data portability or object to certain processing activities. To exercise these rights, please contact us.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions, continuous availability of the platform, or error-free operation. We are not liable for losses arising from the use of prediction information.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1X2Tipster.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or opportunities.

14. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through platform notifications or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated terms, you must discontinue use and delete your account.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

16. Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to contact us first to resolve disputes informally. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation before pursuing legal action.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you lose access to VIP features immediately. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
