How do I log in?
Click the "Login" button in the navigation bar and enter your registered email address and password. If you have enabled two-factor authentication, you will also need to enter your verification code.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address and we will send you a password reset link. The link expires after a limited time for security purposes, so use it promptly.
Is registration free?
Yes, creating an account and making predictions is completely free. We offer optional premium subscription plans with additional features, but the core prediction and leaderboard functionality is available to all registered users at no cost.
Making Predictions
How do I make a prediction?
Go to the Home page and browse the Upcoming Matches section. Click on the market option you want to predict on to place the prediction. Your predictions will be locked once submitted.
What prediction types are available?
We offer several prediction markets: Match Winner (home/draw/away), Half Time/Full Time result, First Team to Score, Both Teams to Score (yes/no), and Goals Over/Under. Not all markets are available for every match.
Can I change my prediction after submitting?
No, predictions cannot be changed once submitted. This ensures fairness and prevents users from changing predictions based on late information. Make sure you are confident in your selection before submitting.
When is the deadline to make predictions?
All predictions must be submitted before the match kicks off. The system automatically locks predictions at kickoff time. We recommend submitting your predictions well in advance to avoid any last-minute technical issues.
Can I predict on multiple matches?
Yes, you can make predictions on as many matches as you like. There is no limit to the number of matches you can predict on. Each correct prediction earns you points based on the prediction type.
What happens if a match is cancelled or postponed?
If a match is cancelled or postponed, all predictions for that match are voided and no points are awarded or deducted. The match will be rescheduled and you can make new predictions for the new date if it falls within the same prediction window.
Points and Scoring System
How do I earn points?
You earn points by making correct football predictions. Different prediction types award different point values based on their difficulty level. Your total points determine your position on the leaderboard.
How many points do I get for each prediction type?
Match Winner awards +2 points for correct predictions. Half Time/Full Time awards +5 points due to its higher difficulty. Other predictions (First to Score, Both Teams to Score, Goals Over/Under) award +1 point each for correct predictions.
Do I lose points for wrong predictions?
Yes, incorrect predictions result in a -1 point deduction regardless of the prediction type. This encourages thoughtful predictions rather than random guessing on every available market.
What is the difference between monthly and all-time points?
Monthly points reset at the beginning of each month and are used to determine monthly prize winners. All-time points are your cumulative total since you joined and show your overall prediction track record.
How is my success rate calculated?
Success rate is calculated as: (correct predictions / total predictions) x 100. This gives you a percentage showing your prediction accuracy. Note that success rate reflects accuracy, while points reflect overall performance including prediction type difficulty.
Leaderboard and Rankings
How does the leaderboard work?
The leaderboard ranks all users by their total points. You can view Current Month standings (ongoing competition), Last Month (final results that determined winners), and All Time (cumulative rankings). Higher points mean higher ranking.
How often is the leaderboard updated?
The leaderboard updates every hour after matches are completed and results are processed. Rankings are recalculated automatically. You can also use the Refresh button to see the latest standings.
Can I view past month rankings?
Yes, use the period selector on the leaderboard page to switch between Current Month, Last Month, and All Time views. Last Month shows the final standings that determined prize winners for the previous month.
How are ties handled?
If two or more users have the same total points, the user with more correct predictions ranks higher. If still tied, the user who achieved their score first (earlier timestamp) gets the higher position.
Can I hide myself from the leaderboard?
Currently, all registered users with predictions appear on the public leaderboard. This transparency is part of the competitive nature of the platform. Your profile visibility settings do not affect leaderboard appearance.
Monthly Rewards and Prizes
What rewards can I win?
Each month, the top 3 tipsters qualify for monthly giveaways and a free 30-day VIP badge. The prize pool varies each month and is displayed on the leaderboard page.
How do I qualify for monthly rewards?
To qualify, you must finish in the top 3 positions on the monthly leaderboard with positive points. Simply being ranked is not enough - you need to have made enough correct predictions to accumulate positive points by month end.
What if I have negative points?
Tipsters with negative points at month end do not qualify for rewards, regardless of their ranking position. This rule ensures that rewards go to users who have demonstrated consistent prediction success rather than just participation.
When are rewards distributed?
Rewards are distributed at the beginning of the following month based on the final standings from the previous month. Badge upgrades are applied automatically. For prize distribution, join our Discord channel for further instructions.
What are VIP and Subscriber badges?
VIP and Subscriber are premium membership tiers. VIP offers exclusive features including ad-free browsing, special forum privileges, and early access to new features. Subscriber provides a subset of these benefits. Badges can be earned through competitions or purchased.

The affiliate program is available to all registered users. Visit your Profile page and look for the Affiliate Program section. Activate your affiliate account to start generating referral links and tracking your invitations.
How do I create affiliate links?
Once your affiliate account is activated, you can create multiple referral links with custom names. Each link has a unique code that tracks registrations. Share these links on social media, forums, or directly with friends.
How do I earn rewards from referrals?
When someone registers using your link, they become your referral. Once they get active, you will earn a free VIP membership for 30 days. The reward is credited to your account automatically.
How can I track my referral statistics?
Your Profile page shows detailed affiliate statistics including total clicks, registrations, pending referrals, and completed conversions. You can see which links perform best and track your referrals progress toward the reward threshold.
Forum
How do I create a forum topic?
Navigate to the Forum page and select a category. Click the "New Topic" button, enter a title and your message content, then submit. Topics may require moderator approval before appearing publicly, depending on the category.
How do I reply to a topic?
Open any topic and scroll to the reply section at the bottom. Write your response in the text editor and click Submit. Your reply will appear in the topic thread. Some topics may be locked, preventing new replies.
What are the forum rules?
Be respectful to other users, stay on topic, no spam or advertising, no offensive content, and no sharing of illegal material. Violations may result in post removal, temporary muting, or permanent bans depending on severity.
Why is my post pending approval?
Certain categories require moderator approval before posts go live. This is to maintain quality and prevent spam. Moderators review pending posts regularly. If your post is rejected, you may receive feedback on why.
What is the posting cooldown?
To prevent spam, there is a cooldown period between posts. The duration varies based on your account status and recent activity. VIP members typically have shorter cooldowns. This helps maintain quality discussions.

How do I delete my account?
In your Profile settings, find the Delete Account section. Deleting your account is permanent and removes all your data including predictions, points, and forum posts. You will receive a confirmation email before deletion is finalized.
What data do you collect about me?
